The Engineering Institute of Technology (EIT) is thrilled to announce the opening of its new campus in Brisbane, scheduled to welcome its inaugural intake on 26 August 2024. Nestled in the heart of the city, this state-of-the-art facility will offer Master of Engineering degrees in Electrical Systems, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil and Structural Engineering.

EIT’s innovative blended learning approach provides an interactive, practical, and comprehensive experience. With small class sizes, access to global networking opportunities, and internship programs, students will gain real-world skills and industry connections while pursuing their degrees.

“Our new Brisbane campus represents our commitment to providing quality engineering education and fostering future industry leaders,” said Dr. Steve Mackay, the EIT Dean of Engineering. “With support from experienced lecturers, dedicated learning support officers, and access to cutting-edge simulation software and laboratories, students will be equipped to excel in their studies and beyond.”

Indumathi V, the Deputy Dean of EIT, also shared her enthusiasm for the institute’s expansion for the new Brisbane campus opening. She highlighted how the new campus’ three accredited master’s degrees would provide unparalleled opportunities for growth, innovation, and academic excellence.

“Together, we’ll embark on an exciting journey of discovery and advancement in the field of engineering. This expansion represents a significant step forward in our commitment to providing high-quality engineering education,” she said,
