Webinar details
As connected devices become more widespread and sophisticated, the demand for real-time decision-making without relying on cloud latency has grown significantly. This shift has fueled the rise of edge computing – a transformative technology that allows for instantaneous data processing directly on local devices. Whether it’s remote mining equipment, autonomous vehicles, or military drones, edge computing enables these devices to analyze data on the spot, even in environments with limited connectivity.
In this webinar, we will demystify edge computing and explore its crucial role in the evolving landscape of industrial automation. You’ll learn how edge computing streamlines data transmission between machines and humans, powering advanced technologies like machine learning and augmented reality. Attendees will gain valuable insights into how edge computing operates and how it can drive innovation and efficiency across various sectors. To make these concepts tangible, we’ll wrap up with a demonstration using a simple hardware setup that showcases how edge computing works in real-time.
Join us to cut through the hype and discover the true value of edge computing in today’s digital world.
