Student Engineer Employment (SEE) Program

1. 1. Student Enrolment: EIT students sign up for the SEE program and submit their CVs and academic information.

2. 2. Employer Matching: Employers specify their own criteria for pre-selection, and EIT provides curated lists of students who match the criteria, such as specific grades, year of study, proven work ethic.

3. 3. Pre-selection & Employment: Employers can “Pre-select” students for employment in their first, second- or third-year.

4. 4. Tuition Sponsorship – optional: Employers can offer full or partial tuition assistance as an incentive, reimbursing students who meet agreed targets.

5. 5. Work-Study Balance: Students can work part-time while studying, with flexible hours and online classes to accommodate their education.
   6. Student Selection: EIT can offer this program for existing EIT students or your current employees.
